No. We specialize exclusively in on-rim seasonal swaps (tires already mounted on wheels). We do not offer mounting or balancing for loose tires at this time.
No. For safety and equipment clearance, we require a paved, relatively flat residential driveway with at least 3 feet of space around the vehicle. We cannot perform services in underground garages, on public roads, or in commercial parking lots.
Please ensure your vehicle is parked on a flat, paved surface with 3 feet of clearance on all sides. Have your seasonal tires and your wheel lock key (if applicable) easily accessible.
To account for travel time and varying job complexities, we provide a 3-hour arrival window. You will receive a text notification when we are en route to your location in Pickering.
To keep our service efficient, if we arrive and cannot complete the swap (e.g., tires are not on rims, the location is inaccessible/unpaved, or the wheel lock key is missing), the appointment will be cancelled and a $20 service fee will apply to cover travel and scheduling.
The flat rate includes a professional on-rim swap of all four wheels, a tire pressure check/adjustment, and a visual inspection of your tires and brakes.
Absolutely. We use professional-grade torque wrenches to ensure every lug nut is tightened precisely to your vehicle manufacturer's specifications.
Yes. We check and adjust all four tires (and the spare, if accessible) to the recommended PSI found on your vehicle's door placard.
Yes! You can book back-to-back appointments for multiple vehicles. Please note our flat rate is $80 per vehicle to ensure each car receives a full safety inspection and re-torque recommendation.
A standard on-rim swap and safety check typically takes 30 to 45 minutes per vehicle once we are set up on your driveway.
Since we work outdoors, extreme weather (heavy rain, snowstorms, or lightning) may require us to reschedule. We will contact you at least 2 hours before your window if a change is necessary.
We accept all major credit cards and e-Transfers. Payment is due upon completion of the service.
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours or "no-shows" at the time of arrival may be subject to the $20 service fee.
